Manual Reset Solenoid Valves
Direct Acting - Brass, Steel or 316 S.S. Bodies - ¼" to 1" N.P.T. [Series 8037]

The solenoid is an electromagnetic part of a valve, comprised of a coil, coretube, core and enclosure. ASCO Redhat brand offers the worlds largest selection of 2-, 3- and 4-way solenoid valves, designed to handle the most demanding fluid control applications.
Constructions
Electrically Tripped No Voltage Release Free Handle
Manually move the lever to the latched position with the solenoid de-energized. Trips when solenoid is energized. Once tripped the lever may be cycles causing the valve discs to open and close. Manually move the lever to the latched position with the solenoid energized. Trips when solenoid is
de-energized. Once tripped the lever may be cycled causing the valve discs to open and close.		 Solenoid must be energized before lever can engage and be manually moved to the latched position. While engaged, level may be cycled causing the valve discs to open and close. Will trip instantly when solenoid is de-energized

Valves in this series have Red-Hat metal solenoid enclosures. Red-Hat Type 1 General Purpose Junction Box. 3/4 Way Valves Only: Built in linear flow device capable of controlling Cv from 0.10 to 0.50.
3 way/4 way selector gasket to provide "Breather Block" capability (protection from corrosive air). Mountable in any position.		 Standard Voltages:
24,120,240,480 volts, AC, 60 Hz.
6, 12, 24, 120, 240 volts, DC.
Other voltages are available when required.

Note: 125 and 250 volts, DC, are battery voltages applied in power plants. Special valves are available to pilot control valves in power plants.

Coil: Continuous duty molded Class F or H, as listed.
